Return option available within 30 days:
The return and exchange option is available within 30 days after the order has been received by the customer. We give you ampere time for the exchange and return of your order, if you didn’t inform us about your order being exchanged or returned within 30 days then we’re sorry we can’t return or exchange your order.
Order Termination Guidelines:
We kindly advise sending your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure a smooth order cancellation process. We will quickly credit the buyer’s designated account with the refund amount if the cancellation is made within this period. However, kindly be aware that the following terms and conditions will apply if you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours:
As per our policy, 30% of the paid amount will be deducted, and the remaining 70% will be reimbursed to you.
Please be aware that a 50% deduction will be made from the initial payment if the order is canceled within three days before it is sent out and shipped.
Please be aware that cancellation requests cannot be honored after the item has been shipped and three days have passed.
Swap and Exchange Policy:
To fulfill a request for exchange and return the item or product must be returned in its original condition. Make sure that the item or a product wouldn’t have any defects that are made by you.
